📦 Order Processing & Shipping

Processing Time: Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends ship the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout.

Free Shipping: Available on U.S. orders over $75.

Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–7 business days. Expedited options available at checkout.

Shipping From: All orders ship from Beaumont, Texas.

Tracking: A confirmation email with tracking will be sent once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
🚚 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@soiltosoul.us. We will work with you to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Because of the sensitive nature of herbal and wellness products, we can only accept limited returns.

Eligible Returns: Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
