Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders received over the weekend are sent out the following Monday unless a recognized Holiday interferes with our carrier policies. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard shipping (3–7 business days): Calculated at checkout

  • Free shipping on orders over $75 (U.S. only)

  • Expedited shipping options available at checkout

Domestic Shipping We currently ship within the United States. All orders are shipped from Beaumont, TX.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@soiltosoul.us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.


🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

Returns Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns only on unopened items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email soiltosoul25@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
