At Soil To Soul, we begin by selecting premium dried or fresh botanicals—roots, mushrooms, and leaves—then steep them in organic cane alcohol for several weeks to draw out their active constituents. For mushrooms, we use a dual extraction method, combining hot water decoction with high proof alcohol infusion to capture both water-soluble polysaccharides and alcohol-soluble triterpenes. After maceration, the mixture is carefully strained, bottled, and labeled for purity, potency, and transparency.
